Enrollment and payment

Enrollment for one of our open camps obligates to payment of the fee. In case the participation is cancelled minimally 24 hours prior to the start and with a plausible reason, the fee could be refunded.

Photo- and video material

Photo's and video's of players, coaches, assistants and trainers who participate under the name of the TTSD in among others tournaments, camps, games, competitions and trainings are only allowed to be taken, used, published by third parties, after explicit written permission of the TTSD. The TTSD will act against parties who violate these conditions and can and will demand financial compensation and start legal procedures. The only exception is for the (family of) players for own use.

Players or persons who participate in, assist at or lead trainings, workshops, tournaments, competitions, camps, etc. which are staged or convoyed by the TTSD, give up all financial compensation by the TTSD to them for photo's or video's of them taken by the TTSD of them in that regard. The TTSD will only use this material with the utmost reserve and with the necessary respect for the privacy of everyone for the TTSD's public relation goals. The TTSD will in principle not give permission to third parties to use this material.

Cancellation

If a player wishes to stop with participation in the Table Tennis School Den Haag for the next schoolyear starting august 1st, this shall be reported before june 1st in the same calender year via the contact form on this website or in writing, by the parents. We will send you a confirmation of your cancellation. Parents are obliged to pay the full year fee for the next schoolyear if the cancellation is not done before the above mentioned date.
